If you are looking for support in managing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationships, parenting, school, or addiction, or are a partner of an addict needing support, I have experience in helping you and families navigate a path forward. My clients often feel stuck or out of control, and anxiety can often lead to depression and other mental health challenges.
