• Help in understanding abuse and how it affects women and their children.
• Information on, and help connecting with services and resources.
• Working to develop a safety plan.
• Supporting in the development of a transition plan to become free of abuse, based on individual's goals and the steps they want to take to get there.
• Support navigating the family law system.
• Post-natal support for survivors of abuse.

Serving the Southern Gulf Islands: Galiano, Mayne, Pender, Salt Spring, Saturna.

Can be offered on an individual basis, in support groups, and in group information sessions or educational workshops.
