Transitions Thrift Store

Transitions support and enhances the anti-violence and affordable housing programs of Islanders Working Against Violence (IWAV). Local community members donate household goods and clothing to the store for resale. The proceeds are used to support these essential services for women (inclusive of cis, gender non-binary and trans women) and children in the Southern Gulf Islands. The store also provides shopping credits for our Transition House residents and provides them with small household items they may need when furnishing a new home. Volunteers are always welcome. Our hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. We are gratefully accepting donations during business hours, a list of accepted items can be found on our website iwav.org."
