Salt Spring Rainbow Kids Yoga

We offer Salt Spring kids a place to have fun, get creative and learn more about how to take care of their growing bodies.

CLASSES
RAINBOW COLOURS SERIES

Our themes explore the colours of the rainbow, in accordance with the chakra systems.

RED - Root (Life)
ORANGE - Sacral (Order)
YELLOW - Solar Plexus (Wisdom)
GREEN - Heart (Love)
BLUE - Throat (Power)
INDIGO - Brow (Imagination)
VIOLET - Crown (Understanding Will)

AGE GROUP

Our courses are separated into multiple age groups to support attention span, learning abilities and body/mind maturity.
Age 2-4
Age 4-6
Age 6-12

GRADUATION

Each course includes a certificate of completion for each participant, as well as a rainbow gift.
We also provide "observation" cards for parents and care givers to enjoy.
