If you are looking for support in managing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationships, parenting, school, or addiction, or are a partner of an addict needing support, I have experience in helping you and families navigate a path forward. My clients often feel stuck or out of control, and anxiety can often lead to depression and other mental health challenges. Together we can unpack your stressors and concerns, and develop an individualized treatment plan. I currently provide in person and online sessions.more info
