From teens to seniors, Teresa counsels people who long for relief from the impacts of trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship difficulties.

She offers concentrated work (including people coming to SSI for personal retreats) in:

● Reorienting in the midst of Grief, End of Relationship support, and building “Authentic Happiness” skills.

● Teresa teaches classes on understanding emotional and nervous system regulation to groups and families. Teresa uses a model to help in making a large shift in client's awareness.

● Teresa gives a one-day workshop to massage therapists on facilitating more safety for themselves and their clients, including recognizing when clients are in a trauma state and how to get them back into the present moment (without being a psychotherapist).
