Early Learning for Families Strong Start Centres (ELF)

This program is operated by School District 64 at three sites on Salt Spring Island - Fulford Elementary, Salt Spring Elementary and Fernwood Elementary. It runs on a drop-in basis and is a parent participatory program designed for children ages 0 to 5. The program operates at Fulford and Salt Spring Elementarys Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 11:30 am with occasional evening events.The Fernwood program runs Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 to 11:30 am and Thursday, 12:30 - 3:30 pm.
