Fernwood Elementary School

Located on the North end of Salt Spring Island, Fernwood Elementary serves students from Kindergarten to Grade 6. Our school offers many opportunities for young children to explore their interests. In addition to dedicated classroom teachers and support staff, we offer a garden and greenhouse program, choir, sports teams, a student leadership program, and peer helper support. Student learning is enhanced by the use of a technology, a school librarian and library clerk, student support services staff, and school-based counsellor.
