Driftwood Therapeutics is a private counselling practice based in BC, offering compassionate, trauma-informed support for adults navigating life’s challenges. Services include individual counselling for addiction and substance use recovery, men’s mental health, anxiety and panic disorders, grief and loss, narcissistic abuse recovery, separation and divorce, and support for trauma-exposed professionals.

My approach is a humanistic and client-centred, blending professional training, lived experience, and intuition to create a safe, collaborative space for healing and growth. Sessions draw from evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Schema Therapy, and are tailored to each client’s unique story and pace.
