The Seniors' Wellness Program offers peer support and referrals, as well as wellness workshops, clinics and education to seniors and their care-givers.more info

Seniors outreach is available to support family physicians and community health care providers when further assessment and intervention are required. The interdisciplinary team includes geriatric psychiatrists, mental health clinicians,occupational therapists and social workers. Seniors Outreach Teams may also be involved in the investigations of abuse and neglect.more info
